Marketing Technology Improvement

DeLorme didn’t believe their marketing team was getting the most out of their  Oracle Sales and Marketing system.  DeLorme asked Q4 to review their current marketing technology and recommend better utilization strategies. Q4 provided a gap analysis, recommended work flow improvements, and discovered untapped capabilities in their existing tools.

Q4 worked with DeLorme Marketing, IT, and the  Oracle implementers to optimize the Oracle system’s functionality for Marketing purposes.  Q4 also created marketing report templates and trained the Marketing staff to use the new capabilities.
